I knew I wanted to capture their wedding from our first meeting - Rodrigo was boisterous and charming and Jason sweet and shy, together they were perfect. The day came and rain was in the forecast and it did sprinkle just a bit but at all the right moments! Rain just after their portraits together with the dramatic sky in the back and rain right before they moved there ceremony outdoors. What perfection. I loved so much about this wedding - I loved that they got ready together, I loved that their dog Roxy was there, I loved that their family was there and I loved their happiness. What a day and what a love story.

The Brazilian Room is a special little venue tucked away in the Berkeley Hills that has such a perfect amount of Bay Area in it...a little fog peeking through a few thousand trees, a hippie jam music party filling the air and a dance floor with a fireplace, just to name a few. Jane and Patrick could not have been happier and I could not have been more obsessed with their flowers - seriously amazing...they even smelled like summer with mint in them! Also, I liked their DJ choice :). Such a beautiful day filled with tradition and love, thank you for having us!
