The San Francisco scenery never tires...I can shoot in one location a thousand times and each time I find something new - its amazing. This time...a little path to the beach that I had no idea was there from a trail I had been on so many times! Kelly and Tom were full of laughs and it was so fun to get to know them as we walked through the SF hills and Palace of Fine Arts. Favorite part - when Kelly told me she wanted to do the T-Rex wedding photo. We'll have to come up with something other then a T-rex but I'm up for it! Here are the highlights and looking forward to your big day in September.

Colleen + Dan Wedding - Flood Mansion Wedding - {San Francisco Wedding Photographer}

What started as an online date with a lost wallet, a passport and a few dollars in cash led to this beautiful day at the Flood Mansion. Dan and Colleen met about three and a half years ago on match.com and Dan had lost his wallet the day of their first date. Its funny sometimes what you remember about first dates: random facts, smells, feelings, the insignificance of a lost wallet but then you realize these are the insignificant moments that lead you to the noteworthy ones. I love shooting San Francisco weddings, but even for a San Francisco based photographer they are a rare treat and the Flood Mansion was just that. A treat that sits on top of a hill of granite made out of marble and history. Thank you for having me capture it - I love that you got ready at home Colleen, that you took your guests on a trolley tour of the city in-between the ceremony and reception and that you sang Happy Birthday to your Mom with your wedding cake and mostly that you were just yourselves for this perfect day. Such a true San Francisco day with a bit of sun and fog but most of all love.Thank you to the team of professionals that put this San Francisco Wedding together AND big thank you to Carmen & Emily for shooting with me.
