Sun, Sand, Flirting and Love! I had a great time photographing Brittany and Ryan in Manhattan Beach along the pier a few weeks ago. Interesting fact - I went to high school with both of their sisters! I had the pleasure of being best friends with Ryan's sister, Melissa, in high school and photographing her wedding a few years ago. These guys were up for anything (as long as it didn't involve a segway!) Ryan proposed to Brittany in Germany as she reinacted her terrible segway accident that happened a few months prior on their first Europe trip. Needless to say the second trip was by far the highlight as they saw more then the hospital ward and came home with a beautiful diamond on Brittany's finger! I'm really looking forward to their Christmas wedding this year in LA at Brittany's parents home. Enjoy the highlights and thank you for treating me to dinner after - so sweet and extra bonus that Melissa came!

Yay for July Birthdays - mine is today as well, how appropriate! Happy Birthday to Ms. M on her one year old birthday! What a fun day in the sun with all of her friends and family that came out to celebrate her one year of life. Her mamma did so many cute and creative things for her party from the handmade food tags, to peanut butter and jelly heart sandwiches and yummy banana cupcakes with sweet hearts on them. What an adorable party for an adorable little girl. She even got some ocean time with Mommy and Daddy before the big cupcake smash/eating. Can't wait to keep photographing this wonderful family!
