The Palace of Fine Arts is one that never tires as a iconic backdrop. Such a sweet couple and such a sweet session together. I loved hearing their story of boy meets girl with Mom at a bar! Only the best love stories start when you have to charm both girl and Mom - my husband had to pass the same test! Thank you for choosing me for your engagement session in our beautiful city and can't wait to hear how the rest of your wedding unfolds!
Remember that time I flew to Spain and did a wedding!? Well...at least I have photos that look like I did thanks to Santa Clara University! I just loved everything about this wedding - mostly the bride and groom because they are hands down the absolute sweetest but all the details were just exquisite to photograph, and any wedding that has a Catholic Mass with a kiss before the kiss is amazing in my book. I love that these two met as freshman at Santa Clara (Lizzie's room was directly above Juan's!) and then they said I do in the same spot. And...the topping on the wedding cake, Lizzie's parents were married there as well! What a special place with so many memories and meaning. Thank you for having us capture your gorgeous day and being your "Juan and only" photographer and for having a mariachi band (just love a good mariachi band!) Wishing you countless years of happiness together!
